Just for the finality indicated above, the data can be given to the Health Authority.The personal data won't be diffused, apart from the cases above. The data won't be diffused out of European Community

STORAGE PERIOD

The data keeped in order to allow subsequent contacts by the Health Authority, will be processed and stored by the owner for a period of 14 days. At the end of this period, the data will be destroyed.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

The interested party has the right of access and rectification, or of cancellation or limitation or opposition to the processing, in addition to the right to portability of personal data. The interested party also has the right to propose complaint to the competent supervisory authority, Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
